We are located in Palamartsa (7kms north of Popovo)

My name is Tui and I am from Thailand and love cooking Thai and Asian food using either traditional recipes and ingredient or variations I have developed over many years to cater for different tastes

We use many ingredients imported from Thailand to provide an original "Taste of Thailand"

We serve quality Thai Jasmine Rice and also Thai Glutinous (Sticky) Rice which is very popular in Northern Thailand and is served from a wicker basket and eaten with your fingers

Also most of the sauces, pastes, noodles are genuine Thai varieties or made by me

We grow many Thai spices ie chillies, garlic, herbs, onions in our vegetable garden at our house in Palamartsa as well as tomatoes, cucumbers and last summer also successfully grew lemon grass, coriander, mint, ginger, gherkins and spring onions all which taste superb from the fertile soil here in Bulgaria
